TUS (formerly AIT) was one of the first third level institutes in Europe to adopt the Team Based Learning approach within its programmes. The TBL approach aligns with our objectives of helping to develop graduates who excel at critical thinking and problem solving. It also helps students to reflect upon and develop their teamworking and leadership skills.
Faculty in TUS have implemented TBL in classroom-based, fully online and blended contexts, in areas as diverse as programming, software engineering, psychology, management, design, science and entrepreneurship.
